Falcons cruise in homecoming contest

OABCIG scored all 35 of its points in the first half of a 35-6 homecoming victory over Shenandoah Friday.

“It was important to get off to a good start and we did that,” noted OABCIG coach Larry Allen. “Shenandoah hasn’t won a game this season and we felt if we could get up early it would take some of the fight out of them.”

It didn’t take long for the Falcons to get up early as quarterback Kaden Ladwig and Quintin Cranston connected for a 62-yard touchdown strike 21 seconds into the game. Caden Wareham added the PAT kick.
