Ida County Fair is July 21-26

The Ida County Fair got underway Tuesday with Exhibit Hall and Clover Kids’ judging and the horse show. The fair runs through Monday, July 26.

Season tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for students (eight to 18 years) and free for ages seven and under. Daily admission is $10 a person. Tickets are available at the gate, from fair board members, 4-H youth and the Ida County Extension Office in Ida Grove. 

Carnival rides, arcade games and a petting zoo are free to everyone.

Nightly drawings will be held; you do not need to be present to win.

This year’s food venders are Granny’s Snack Shack, Uncle David’s Donuts, Sizzlin’ J and Tropical Sno.
