ALTOONA, IA - Kelsi Nicole Rupert, 22, passed away on Nov. 8, 2025 in Altoona. She was born on June 14, 2003, in Des Moines to parents, Michael and Vicki Rupert.

Kelsi is survived by her parents, Vicki and Michael Rupert; sister Alli Rupert (fiancé, SangYup Lee) and Haley Rupert; grandparents, Curt and Nancy Rupert and Millie Hack; her adorable bunnies, Floopy and Bloopy; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
