DUBUQUE - Marlo R. Zeitler, 73, of Dubuque, formerly of Ida Grove, died on Feb. 18, 2026.

Marlo was born on Oct. 26, 1952, in Ida Grove, to Hilbourne and Elna (Ehler) Zeitler. He spent his early career farming in the Ida Grove area. Later in life, he lived in South Dakota, Montana, and Missouri, making lifelong friends wherever he went. 

He is survived by his daughter, Courtney (Scott) Warrington of Bellevue, IA, and their children, Ryker and Lennox; and his son, Dereck Zeitler of Sioux Falls, SD.

Private family services will be held at a later date. 

The Egelhof, Siegert and Casper Funeral Home is assisting the family during this time.
