Niemeier reflects on years of service as Holstein Public Works Director

  Scott Niemeier, Public Works Director for the City of Holstein, is retiring at the end of the year after more than 34 years of dedicated service. Scott began his career with the city in 1991, and has helped keep Holstein running smoothly and safely ever since.
