Council approves T-Mobile antenna agreement

  Work will not start until next year after Ida Grove City Council approved an agreement with T-Mobile.
  Council was presented during its Nov. 17 meeting with a final agreement including building permit as well as final drawings.
  The agreement covers property at 100 7th Street with a payment of $1,900 per month.
