Ida Grove City Council discusses water tower improvement projects

The Ida Grove City Council met on Monday, February 7 at 6:00 p.m in the Temporary City Hall at the Rec Center. In attendance was Mayor Devlun Whiteing, Council members Gregor Ernst, Jeff Miesner, Jason Schable, Ange Johnson, Jared Bogue, and Attorney Ryan Gaskins. The council opened a public hearing on Maximum Property Tax Dollars for Affected Tax Levies for Fiscal Year 2023. Duane Swenson was present to express frustration in rising property taxes.
