State auditor Sand has Ida County town hall

Rob Sand, Iowa Auditor of State, knows that it’s not the usual for someone in his office to hold town halls. “Nobody did these before,” he said at the beginning of the meeting in Ida Grove City Park on Tuesday. “I just tend to think if you’re in a statewide elected office, you should go talk to all your constituents once a year.”
