Water tower delay indefinite, penalty tabled

The Ida Grove City Council heard more on the deadline extension for the water tower renovation during their regular meeting Sept. 6. Contrary to what was previously reported, the electrical work will not be completed by the all-project deadline of Nov. 30, and King Construction could not provide a new estimate for the finishing date.
