GRENADA, CALIFORNIA - Allen Charles “Butch” Iversen was born on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 5, 1949 to Emil J. and Evelyn J. (Peterson) Iversen, at the hospital in Carroll, Iowa. He was the second son, taken home to Albion, Iowa to meet his big brother, Emil Jr.

A Private Family Funeral Service will be held at the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Ida Grove, Iowa. Rev. Richard A. Salcido will officiate. Military Rites will be conducted by the McNamara-Moore Post No. 61 of the American Legion of Ida Grove, Iowa. Committal Services will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery of Battle Creek, Iowa.
OMAHA, NEBRASKA - Marjorie J. Hussey, age 88, of Omaha Nebraska (formerly of Ida Grove, Iowa) passed away on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2022, at the St. Joseph Villa of Omaha, Nebraska.
CORRECTIONVILLE - LaVinna P. Wiese, age 101, of Cushing, passed away on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022 at the Correctionville Specialty Care of Correctionville. A funeral service was on Sunday, Jan. 30, 2022 at 2 p.m. at the St. John Lutheran Church of Cushing with Kellen Ludvigson officiating. Burial was at the Cushing Cemetery of Cushing.
